David was a 5 star on the second time around, on the first time around David was a 1 star due to the way Mary was taken care of. Your dealership called to set a appointment knowing full well Mary would be coming with CASH to purchase, AT THAT TIME THERE WAS NO ONE AHEAD OF MARY, she dropped everthing she was doing and drove 1 1/2 hours to get there. A week ago I offered David $9,000 and was turned down, she knew your price was solid. DURING TESTING ANOTHER SALES PERSON USED MARY AS BAIT TO FORCE A SALE, INSTEAD OF BEING HONEST. The next day the SCAM blew up, your office called hoping to make amends, at this point David became a 5. David took off the $359.00, Mary paid $10,000, she is very happy, that was my intent or I would have gotten involved and you would not have liked that. In the 70s aand 80s I built handicap & pleasure vans with a dealer net work from Texas OK, MO.to ILL. I know how owners of large dealerships become rich, back in my day small dealership owners made less that the F&I MAN, ROLL BACKS EXCELLERATED PROFITS, during Jimmy Carter days I lost 3 good friends due to bankrupty, interest on my loans went to 21.5 % And I survived, A little bit of who I am, Mary is happy, THAT IS WHAT SOUNTS.

Was in for 20k inspection, but receipt had no information on the condition of the car's battery. The brake fluid was supposed to be changed and there was no mention of that or charge for brake fluid. Makes me wonder if the service was actually completed or if it was just an expensive warning reset.
