Fixed a bad tire valve stem. The dealership had replaced the tires just recently and I had been having to air them up about every other week since. No charge for this fix, but I wonder if the valve stem was bad when they replaced the tire, so this may have been just an extra trip. Customer waiting area is comfortable and clean, and they communicate well when I go there. Would have been 5 stars had this not been an additional trip for the same problem they had fixed once.

Salesman David Arnold was very helpful and great to work with.

They are going through a transition in their service department. Taking that in to consideration, they charged enactly what the amount of the quote for my repair. I was up against a time crunch in getting my car repaired. Mike, the mechanic, stayed late and came in early to make sure my car was done ahead of schedule. We could all us more people like Mike in our businesses Mike gets 10 stars!!

Efficient friendly service

Such good service. Great communication and didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of at all when an indicator light came on. Loved that you offered two way text to communicate as well. Made it easy to do business with you given I was in another town and my daughter is at Mizzou. Will definitely come back as needed. Thank you!!
