I recently purchased a 2021 Passat through Carvana for my daughter who just turned 16! We only had it 3 weeks when the check engine light came on, turns out it was burning oil. I drove it to the dealership and asked to speak with Steve, the service manager. He takes care of all my cars and I knew he could figure this out! It's looking like the car will need a new engine (great 🙄), but the team there has been nothing short of amazing. They're working with the warranty company to get it right. And I know Steve wont accept anything less than perfection, which makes me feel good about putting my daughter back behind the wheel. Nothing but good things to say about Steve and Volkswagen Service Department!

A very thorough process, dedicated but not over bearing sales approach. Isaak was committed to ensuring we got discounts from Costco, military, and VW. Qualifying for 1.9% VW financing was straight forward process. They whole team sales, service, and financing worked seamlessly.

I couldn't ask for a better experience. I drove in from out of town to buy my vehicle here, and this dealer was extremely accommodating. Larisha was very friendly and professional, and everyone else was also helpful in making it a quick and easy process.

Went for an oil change as a walk in and they were able to get me in and out within an hour.
