Very accommodating and the atmosphere was pleasant. Bathroom were clean and having a TV was nice.

Was in for 20k inspection, but receipt had no information on the condition of the car's battery. The brake fluid was supposed to be changed and there was no mention of that or charge for brake fluid. Makes me wonder if the service was actually completed or if it was just an expensive warning reset.

My son had a repair that needed to be done to his 24' Golf GTI. After my son went to a dealership in Springfield, MO my son was left believing the repair would not be warrantied and would cost him $1800. This experience was so surprisingly wonderful. I’ve only heard horror stories about car dealerships - but fear not - this place has given me the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Stopped at the dealership and Micah Million made time for me to get an oil change wait time was reasonable and video with pictures are a great tool to see from the eyes of a mechanic. Complimentary coffee and chips were greatly appreciated. A visit from the salesman David Arnold who remembered selling me my car really shows they care. Lastly got an email update from Carfax care report as the dealership entered the visit for my records just perfect business experience.

I took my 2019 Lawton Jetta in to make sure it was drivable. I was told it was 100% safe. When I took it to the body shop I found out that the suspension was bent they should have seen that when they removed the tires. I have called several time to make appointments and cannot get anyone to call me back. Very disappointed with the service and will be taking my car somewhere else.
Found a truck on their website that didn’t have pictures just yet but called the Volkswagen and spoke with Lamont and he went above and beyond wasn’t pushy about anything and was able to answer all of my questions and made the buying process easy and hassle free highly recommend him and will definitely buy from him again in the future

Not a horrible experience. The main problem was that they welched on their trade-in offer. Otherwise an acceptable experience. I’m a retired dealership technician, I fully admit I may be a little jaded toward the dealer sales experience. I wasn’t going to let $300 break the deal, but I am a man of my word. Never make any promises you won’t keep.
